Please read this consent letter for cross-border transfer of data ("Consent Letter") carefully. In principle, the personal data we collect and generate within Philippines will be stored within Philippines. However, as specifically stated in this consent letter, with your authorized consent, and for the purpose of remote system operation and maintenance, your Personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, jurisdictions outside the country mentioned above, which jurisdictions include China, and if the scope of the jurisdictions changes in the future, we will notify you by promptly updating this Statement or otherwise. In the meantime, we will ensure that your personal data is afforded the same level of protection within Philippines.
